A dense lightly weeping medium shrub w/glossy leaves and lettuce green new growth. Lg cardinal red, bird attracting brushes highlight the foliage in spring and summer. Grows well in full sun or light shade in climates ranging from cool temperate to tropical, or semi arid w/adequate water. Trhives in most sandy or clay loam soils, and will tolerate medium frosts.
Plant as specimens or groups in gardens or streetscapes as hedges or in a large tub.
