Directions to Larkman Nurseries

Larkman Nurseries has two sites. 7 Jurat Road, Lilydale (Jurat Road) and 125 Quayle Road Wandin. (Wandin) Currently (until spring 2001) sales, propagation and growing will be done at Jurat Road. After this time propagation will be done at Jurat road and sales, administration and growing will be done at Wandin. Until then please come to Jurat Road.

Coming from Melbourne you drive through Lilydale towards Healesville on the Maroondah Highway. Approximately 2km past MacDonalds and KFC (on the right heading east) is a turn off to Warburton. It is the Warburton Highway and has traffic lights for the turning traffic only. Turn Right here. If the road goes to single lane you have missed Warburton Highway.

Coming from Yarra Glen or Healesville you drive through the small township of Coldstream. There ia a very large polyhouse with hydroponic tomatoes on the right as you come into Coldstream. Approximately 1.5km after leaving Coldstream there is a palm nursery on the right hand side. 0.5km further the road becomes divided and there will be a sign post indicating Warburton and Warburton Highway to the left. Take this road.

Jurat Road.Exactly 1.5km after turning onto Warburton Highway is Jurat Road on the right hand side. If you go past the garage on the left you have gone too far. Larkman Nurseries is the fourth driveway on the left. It is bitumen and signed.

Wandin Go along Warburton Highway past Jurat Road, past the Caravan Park, past Wandin North primary school, down several dips and up into Wandin. You will come to a roundabout. Fifty metre past the roundabout is a round to the right called Benak Road. There is a small restaurant on the corner called Rustic Charm. Go along Benak Road, it dips down and then climbs up past a large dam on the left. At the top of the hill is a cross road with Wandin Yallock primary school on the left. Turn left here. Look out to the right after turning and you will see a large shed and large poly house (after spring 2001) on top of the hill, that is Larkman Nurseries. Larkman Nurseries is the second drive way on the right (about 500m)
